Using the library from your own home
Managing your library account online
Using the
online catalogue you can renew or place a hold on materials.
Open the menu item "My account" and log in with your library
data.
Accessing digital full texts
Members of the HFT can use numerous digital collections from the
library at home. You need a VPN client and a valid login issued by
the computer center. You can find out how to install and configure
the VPN client on
this site.
Many databases can also be accessed via Shibboleth. A
corresponding login site will pop up automatically when you try to
access this content from outside of the campus network. Use the
login issued by the computer center.
Copying and scanning
There is a copying machine on the 3rd floor of the library. You can either pay with coins or your student ID. On the same floor, you can find two computers with flatbed scanners. Non-HFT-members may use a guest login.
