Info and Support Counter

The „Info and Support Counter“ of the Information Center is at your service for any questions and problems concerning the library and the IT services of the university. The employees of the library and the IT support team as well as students are available at the counter to help you with words and deeds.

The Info and Support Counter is located behind the stairs in the ground floor of the library in building 2.

Opening hours during lecture period:
Monday–Friday 09:00 am – 10:00 am and 11:00 am – 02:30 pm
During the opening hours the Info and Support Team can be reached via phone at +49 (0)711 8926 2424.
Outside the opening hours you can send us an email: ist@hft-stuttgart.de.

The Info and Support Team will help you with any problems concerning:

  • Information retrieval
  • Setup of WLAN and VPN
  • Access problems with your accounts (Email, Moodle, Online services, Novell), Password reset
  • Refund of failed printing jobs
