Project description Within this project a new instrument will be tested: "road map für energy efficient restoration". With this road map, consisting of a combination of singular measures as well as full restorations, a restoration quota of 3 percent per year for all buildings in selected quarters schould be reached. The road map is based on an analysis of drivers and barriers within quarters in order so identify objects with highest energetic potential and need for restoration. Different groups of owners will be identified with their specific legal, financial, fiscal and social barriers. For each target group, specific solutions will be developed, to address their specific needs with the goal to overcome identified barriers if possible. Apart from the integration of owners (participation), there will be a focus on finding and adapting financing solutions for the different target groups.
