Project description |
HFT Stuttgart's part of the project): The objective of the
proposed project is linked at various levels to the results of
the previous project "3%": First, a crowd sourcing tool is to
be developed to analyse the willingness of private owners to
implement energy-relevant measures, which also enables the
derivation of different refurbishment scenarios for individual
buildings in the neighbourhood context. In addition,
(de)central (heat/power) storage scenarios are to be developed
on the data basis from the neighbourhood analyses of the
previous project, a 3D city model and information from the
crowd sourcing tool. The aim is to identify suitable locations
for the integration of (de-)central thermal and electrical
storage solutions in combination with a SmartGrid for
electricity and heat supply. With the help of the BuildingScout
tool developed at HFT Stuttgart, energy-related implementation
variants for individual buildings and smaller groups of
buildings are to be analysed and concrete implementation
measures - e.g. for a condominium owners' community - are to be
accompanied. Using data integration, a neighbourhood monitoring
system is to be developed that enables a continuous
target/actual comparison (e.g. with regard to the targeted
increase in energy efficiency, CO2 reduction etc.) for the
entire implementation process. To this end, a Sustainability
Balanced Scorecard is to be developed, which analyses the
various technological solutions in advance and during the
implementation phase on the basis of key performance indicators
with regard to their economic and sustainability-related
performance. To improve the transfer of (technological)
innovations to the economy and society, the development of
business models (e.g. for sector coupling, neighbourhood
solutions) and corresponding financing solutions are to be
supported in a target group-oriented manner. Ideally, this
process should contribute to the creation of innovative
start-ups. |
