| Project description |
In the first project step, information about residential
areas that were built from the 1960s to the middle of the 1970s
on the outskirts of the greater Stuttgart area is to be
collected in a comprehensive literature research project and
then evaluated according to predetermined criterion. In the
second part of the project, in coordination with the
contracting authority, 28 of the housing developments will be
more closely studied and compared to one another. With the
results of this study, basic principles will be created with
which the housing developments and buildings can be defined and
categorized according to their cultural value under the
landmark protection law of Baden-Württemberg. The contractor of
this project will receive a presentation of the results as well
as comprehensive documentation of the data. |
