1st-Level-Support

The 1st level support was founded to support students, coworkers and professors of the Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences with problems concerning IT.

Among other things the 1st level support will gladly help you with the following problems:

  • E-mail (dispatch, recievel, password, other questions) and internet connectivity
  • Computer access (Novell passwords, locked user accounts, etc.)
  • Online functions (exam scores, certificates)
  • Computer rooms 011, 103, 114, 201, 233, 329 in building 2 (installation software/hardware, maintenance, printers, various problems)
  • VPN access and wireless LAN access
  • Card de-energising (doors)
  • RRZN manuals

 

The 1st level support center is run by Mr. Mohl and Mrs. Baisch who are supported by two student auxiliary workers.
