The Examinations and Practicals Office is responsible for:
  • Advisory service and information about questions concerning examinations
  • Information about study and examination regulations
  • Registration for examinations or block courses (via Intranet only)
  • Deregistration for examinations
  • Organisation of the examinations
  • Requests for searching of examination documents
  • Testimonial of interim reports and diplomas
  • Recognition of studies and qualifications
  • Requests for change of grades
  • Information about the external practical semester and the exempt from it
  • Central issue of contracts and leaflets concerning the external practical semester
  • Maintenance and publication of an address register of offices and companies offering student trainee jobs
  • Central hand-over point for occupation and activity reports (referring to an external practical semester)
  • Information of the students (during an external practical semester) about fixed dates and (delivery) deadlines
