Admission requirements

Vocational-qualifying university degree (Bachelor's, Magister, Diplom or equivalent) in Construction and infrastructure-related courses of study comprising at least 210 credit points (ECTS), which corresponds to a full-time study programme of 7 semesters. In the case of financial statements from other fields of specialisation, an examination is carried out in individual cases by the Audit Committee
(§ 1).
In the case of a first professionally qualifying university degree with 6 semesters of standard period of study or 180 credit points, additional relevant academic achievements in the amount of 30 credit points must be proven or acquired during the Master's programme. The selection of suitable modules is made in consultation with the Dean of Studies.
At least one year of qualified professional experience.

Additional suitability for specific study programmes:
English language skills: TOEFL score of 550 points (paper-based test), 213 points (computer-based test), 80 points (internet-based test). Alternatively: IELTS score min. 6,5 TOEFL/ IELTS for all those whose native language is not English. Applicants whose language of instruction was proven to be English at school, university, college or academy do not have to present this test.
German language skills: Proof of a basic German course, for all those whose native language is not German. This certificate can be provided until the 2nd semester.

Successful participation in a selection interview. Only applicants who meet the requirements of paragraphs 1 to 4 may take part in the selection interview. The selection interview determines the motivation and suitability for the chosen degree programme and the desired profession. The following characteristics are evaluated: orientation towards subjects related to the programme, international orientation as well as willingness to perform and assume responsibility.
